Skills

Significant experience in architecting customer analytics solution. Ability to create a blue print for data driven system to capture, create and demonstrate a number of different customer analytics like segmentation, deciling and other customer profiling techniques. Ability to work with a complex and performance optimized data structure.

Experience

• Ability to understand the application design using a standard procedural approach
• Ability to conceptualize, design and implement an analysis and design approach in customer analytics
• Considerable knowledge in Oracle RDBMS performance tuning and optimization
• Knowledge of SAS and/or other data mining tools preferred
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience (with a total experience of 10-12 years will be essential to fulfill this expectation
• Excellent communications skill- ability to clarify, explain and illustrate the technology and architecture concepts Ability to bring best practices of CRM application development
