Design and perform statistical analysis to understand
email campaign result and customer behavior, segment customer
base, and build scoring/predictive models. The activities can
include, but not limited to, identifying the most responsive
and/or profitable prospects, monitoring and trending
characteristics and behaviors of non-responders, predicting
future clicking and buying pattern, etc.

Work with account teams to develop proposals and
presentations involving the application of advanced
data mining tools to improve clients’ email campaigns.

Responsible for key client projects and accounts,
and work directly with clients to get project
requirements and communicate effectively the
results to clients.
The ideal candidate should have the ability of
designing analytics engagement projects from
start to the end, designing the analysis to
meet the project requirement, and translating
findings into actionable, measurable business plan.

Minimum of 3 years statistical and business analytics experience

Skilled in the use of statistics methods and data
mining tools in a database environment, including
SAS, SQL, VBA or similar.

Excellent communication skills and client service experience

Ability to facilitate and troubleshoot multiple
projects concurrently.

Degree in quantitative discipline (statistics,
economics, mathematics, computer
science); Masters or Ph.D highly preferred.
